Weight Loss and Ayurveda Treatment

Nowadays lots of people are facing obesity problem all over the world. Today’s busy life and more and more junk food varieties are also playing important roles. First of all food that should be avoided:

  • Raise the quantity of vegetables and fruits.
  • Mint is also helpful in losing weight.
  • Spices like black pepper, dry ginger and cinnamon are good for loosing weight.
